What goals would you like to see achieved with this service?

We introduce distance doctoral students to Texas Tech University Library (physical) and online resources for their upcoming Ed.D. program. These are working school administrators from across Texas. They are on campus only 1.5 days.

This will be the third year to do this orientation. I would assume a variable background from the students because we do not know where or how much research the students had during their master's degree. In other words, start from the beginning. At minimum, they need to understand how to use Google scholar and obtain articles and resources from the services for free.
