R for Beginners Session 4: Using the package ggplot2 for data visualization
- Be able to create common plots layer by layer using the package ggplot2.
- Be able to explore a dataset through visualization.
This is an introductory serial of workshops on R for participants with no prior knowledge of R or no programming experience. The entire serial takes around 8 hours in 4 sessions. This serial covers using RStudio projects for reproducible computation, basic R syntax, importing/exporting research data, the structure of data frames, as well as data wrangling and plotting.
