Managing Your Citations Workshop - Brian Quinn, Kimberly Vardeman Online

Online only- entirely web based live interaction, no face to face

1. Will become familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of citation managers 2. Will learn how to use citation managers to automatically store and cite works in any citation style 3. Will learn about collaborative and networking aspects of citation managers

This workshop provides an overview of two citation managers available to Texas Tech students and faculty (EndNote Web and Mendeley). Based on what you learn at this workshop, you can decide which one will best meet your individual research needs. Learn how to automatically cite works in all major style formats (APA, MLA, Chicago) without having to consult a style manual. Learn how to use Cite While You Write to instantly cite works in Microsoft Word at the press of a button.
