Make Laser-cut Handmade Books In-Person / Online

Learn to use TinkerCAD to design your own custom woven books. Engrave and lasercut a custom book out of watercolor and drawing paper with the Makerspace’s Glowforge Plus. Participants will receive a walkthrough on how to design complex lasercutting files from an instructional book on "woven books," then modify and export them. Additional topics include Library and external resources, best practices for modeling, and various tips and tricks to optimize the lasercutter's performance.
