DESCRIPTION:1. Discover what is meant by generative AI and understand how 
 it *might* impact the research process 2. Definitions of terms like data 
 feminism in order to critically evaluate generative AI tools and their 
 features 3. Gain an understanding of the tech hype cycle and\n\nAI Literacy 
 at Lunchtime series part 1 of AI Literacy Certificate. While AI tools have 
 the potential to make the research and writing process easier and possibly 
 faster than previously imagined\, many of the people touting these tools 
 use hyperbole about them\, as they have in previous iterations of emerging 
 technologies. We will critically examine exactly what generative AI is\, 
 its associated biases and other inherent problems in this workshop\, 
 learning terms and definitions that can help you make decisions about using
