Thesis & Dissertation Protection and Submissions Workshop - A. Face to Face - Shelley Barba and Heidi Winkler In-Person

 Learning Outcomes:

1. Students will gain familiarity with the fundamentals of digital preservation and how it applies to their research.

2. Students will learn how to navigate the ETD submission system, Vireo.

3. Students will learn of other library resources available for writing their thesis/dissertation.

Abstract:

Grad school is already tough enough without having to think about just exactly how you’re going to put together your thesis or dissertation. Digital Librarians to the rescue! Come to this workshop, and we’ll talk you through the nuts and bolts of protecting your digital research content and submitting it. No matter where you are in your writing process, this workshop is for you. Come in out of the summer heat and leave with the confidence that you have your thesis/dissertation covered!
