Abstract: 

You’ve collected data for your research, but when you sit to analyze it, you find it an absolute mess! Come to this workshop and learn about OpenRefine, an open-source program for exploring normalizing, and manipulating tabular data. You’ll learn how to import, clean-up, discover inconsistencies, and enhance the usability of your data for your research.
