Learning Outcomes:

1. Each participant will understand how Zotero organizes self-selected research. This includes the sorted items into collection and tagging within keywords.

2.Each participant will understand how Zotero creates saved searches that automatically fill with relevant materials as the researcher works.

3.Each participant will understand how Zotero BIB builds bibliographic information and used within the research process.

Abstract:

This session focus on the creation and implementation of Zotero. This citation management system works well for the novice student. This product sets up undergraduate students for success within advanced programs such as Endnote and Mendeley. Overall, the session will cover the basics of Zotero and ZoteroBib. The session uses active learning and discussion-based questions within the landscape of the overall session.
