Making Note: Mastering Techniques for Taking Useful and Organized Notes Within Academic Courses- Amy Dye-Reeves In-Person / Online

Hybrid- both face to face and online webbased interaction

1) Each participant will synthesize knowledge and use insight and creativity to understand note-taking within college courses better. 2) Each participant will communicate effectively through written reports to aid within their future academic endeavors. 3) Each participant will design and conduct note-taking skills in physical and digital formats.

The workshop entitled" Making Note: Mastering Techniques for Taking Useful and Organized Notes Within Academic Courses" provides information on making the most of taking notes within college courses. Each student will learn how to implement note-taking strategies of the Cornell Method and incorporate digital technology alternatives to physical formats to aid in student success.
