R workshop for beginners- Session 4: Data visualization In-Person / Online

Hybrid- both face to face and online webbased interaction

- Be able to create common plots layer by layer using the package ggplot2. - Be able to explore a dataset through visualization. - Be able to customize/modify the aesthetics of existing plots or to improve the visualizations.

This is an introductory serial of workshops on R for participants with no prior knowledge of R or no programming experience. The entire serial takes around 8 hours in 4 sessions and covers using RStudio projects for reproducible computation, basic R syntax, importing/exporting CSV data, the structure of data frames, handling factors, as well as data wrangling, analysis, and plotting.
