DESCRIPTION:Virtual - entirely web based live interaction\, no face to 
 face\n\n1.) Learn the elements of data management in the cycle of research. 
 2.) Learn the requirements of data management plans as it pertains to NSF\, 
 USDA\, and Department of Energy. 3.) Learn about TTU Library resources 
 offered for repository and data management plan writing solutions.\n\nData 
 Management for Researchers (NSF\, USDA\, DoE) introduces undergraduates\, 
 graduates\, faculty\, and staff to the concept of data management during 
 the research cycle. It also looks at the requirement of sharing data 
 enforced by federal funding agencies including the National Science 
 Foundation\, U.S. Department of Agriculture\, and the Department of Energy. 
 The TTU Library hosts a variety of resources that can aid researchers in 
 fulfilling their grant requirements for data storage\, preservation\, 
 dissemination\, and access - these resources will be introduced and 
 discussed as well.
